My name is Joe Bauer and I’m the owner and operator of Dusty Creations LLC. I am recently retired from the military after 21 years of serving first in the Air Force and then the Coast Guard. Initially my passion and talent for woodworking began in high school and when I entered into the Military, my career path went a different direction for many years. Although I continued to perform small woodworking projects for my family and friends throughout my active duty military career, it was not until several years prior to my retirement that the small projects grew quickly into large projects and I rediscovered my talent and passion for woodworking and cabinetry. I found that I really enjoyed working with customers to determine what they wanted in their spaces and creating masterpieces that often exceeded their expectations. I find satisfaction from the pleasure the customer finds in the creations we develop and build. It seems I have a knack for being able to see what would work best in specific areas and situations to suite the customers needs and desires and building projects that meet and often exceed their expectation. Years later I am still successfully building beautiful creations for my customers and would enjoy the opportunity to work with you to create your projects.

Understanding the process…

After an inquiry or request for services is received…we will arrange an appointment to discuss what wood creation is wanted and assess the area you are wanting to work on so the most accurate estimate possible can be provided. After we discuss and determine the details, a thorough draft and plan is developed to make an estimate and the estimate will be sent to you, preferably via email. When you choose to move forward with the project you will make a deposit of funds which covers the parts and materials. After the deposit is processed the materials will be obtained and your creation will begin to be built. We will communicate throughout the process to ensure you are aware of the progress of your creation. When your creation is nearing completion we will confirm the date and time to begin installation. The day of install the remaining balance will be due. Our commitment to your satisfaction does not end after installation, once installation is complete I fully stand behind all of my products and will gladly assist to resolve any unforeseen issues/concerns that are not damage caused by the customer.
